In 2008, Prefense began producing a revolutionary, non-alcoholic, hand and skin sanitizer (prefense.com) that helps retain your body’s natural moisture with a patented formula. A no-mess solution that doesn’t stink, doesn’t burn, feels great on your hands and is listed with the FDA. Prefense hand sanitizer kills 99.99% of germs, is non-flammable and won’t poison your children, unlike alcohol sanitizers.
In 2020 Prefense began exporting our second revolutionary product, Prefense MultiSurfacePro®, a durable surface antimicrobial spray using a similar technology, and began selling it in the US in 2021 after gaining regulatory approval from the EPA. This product helps protect a variety of hard and soft surfaces from the growth of odor and stain causing bacteria, fungus (mold and mildew) and algae.
Prefense is proudly made and bottled in the United States and is sold in countries around the world. Depending on the country (hyperlink to global country page) the product may be marketed differently according to local regulatory rules and customs.
